Juri, of course I’ll make you a sandwich. To explain, sprouting your grains, nuts, beans and seeds increases the nutritional content of your food. Water, sunlight and air help to covert the dormant starch and digestive inhibitors in your food to natural sugar, protein, vitamins and minerals. Sprouting is basically letting nature take its course, allowing your food to reach its potential and nourishing your body even more!
